"Warm, creative, inspiring, genuine, enthusiastic"

My philosophy:
To me we are all in school for our entire lives... earth school.
Therefore we are all in process learning lessons and once we complete one we naturally move on to the next. This means we need to stop and celebrate our successes when we have them and look forward to our challenges, as they will keep coming as long as we are here. For me personally, change has walked alongside of me my entire life and I have been in a constant lesson of learning to live in a state of flux and unpredictability. I call this living in the "zone". When we can get to a state of semi-comfort in this place we are much more readily able to reach our goals and targets easily and with minimal or no stress. Some days this lesson comes easily to me while others are more challenging... I am always willing to share my experiences with my clients and friends to help guide them on their own learning process.

The biggest tool I have found to living in the "zone" is to be balanced as a person, to have goals and dreams, a sense of trust in something bigger than our egos, and a community of support. This means we need to turn our focus inwards and take care of ourselves in much the same fashion we turn ourselves outwards to becoming more productive. When we are inwardly content and focused we naturally become more externally productive!

What am I up to?
My life is very full and I must say balanced. I work 3 days a week, have a teenage daughter, a cat, two fish, and a horse. When I am not working I am horse riding, bike riding, scuba diving, bush walking, doing yoga, dancing, singing, or just being creative. I love reading and usually have 2 - 3 books on the go at the same time. Although I would not classify myself as an artist, I love getting involved in a creative endeavor and these often amount to small projects around my home. Recently I have made a mosaic table and have painted one of my toilets with a cow theme. I am hoping to put in an outdoor tub/spa so I can relax while being immersed in my gorgeous tropical garden!
