Meet Allison

" I consider myself to be a catalyst for change. I am there to facilitate, support, and offer realistic but holistic alternatives as organizations and their people maneuver through the challenges life has in store for them. I achieve this by looking at the bigger picture (thinking holistically and linear) then breaking the whole into manageable pieces. Supporting and guiding through goal setting, facilitated strategies, and innovative techniques I assist clients to co-create their futures, achieve goals, improve balance, productivity and morale, obtain heightened creativity/inspiration, cooperation, and a drive for life. Success is evident as goals are realized and individuals discover and reach their true potential"

Allison Summers holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing Management, with over 15 years of experience in the United States business sector.
She moved to Australia in 1994 and completed a Graduate Bachelor of Education from James Cook University in Queensland. Since then she has gone on to become a qualified telephone counselor, accredited to run the D.I.S.C. behavioral assessment program, completed the Field Training, and is a graduate of Coach University.

Co-Founding A & A-Leaders in Corporate Training (now trading as Harmonious Solutions), and having worked as a Training Consultant for both Commerce Queensland, CBC Staff Selection and many others. Allison has designed and presented hundreds of Corporate Training courses throughout Australia and Overseas.
Belief in the importance of interpersonal skills, personal development, and balance in the work place has led Allison to pursue a career path educating those who wish to excel in their personal and professional lives.
