 Personal
and Corporate Coaching
Corporate Coaching…
WHAT IS IT:
The corporate coaching program is an opportunity for organizations
to put their staff through a personal/professional development process
as a group within a manageable time frame (one and a half hours
per week for 12 weeks) and at a considerable savings in cost. The
idea is to increase personal accountability by improving the effectiveness
of the individual and by creating a stronger personal “foundation”.
My experience in 7 years of consulting and training is that skills
(e.g. communication, supervisory skills) are useful but can only
take an individual so far… they need a good solid personal
foundation with which to apply the skills to reach their maximum
effectiveness.
This program is about achieving that outcome.
So You're a Player. Do You Need a Coach?
The hottest thing in management is the
executive coach--part boss, part
consultant, part therapist. Who are these
people?

WHAT IS COACHING:
Coaching is a growing service industry which involves personal “coaching” to
provide an individual or group with areas of personal growth, expanded
potential, back up support to make changes or transitions, guidance
and direction, and confidence to name a few. Coaching works because
there is a synergistic partnership from the onset, a supportive
structure, the focus is on the whole (not just the parts), better
goals are set, truth is shared, participants take effective action,
and the technology of attraction is applied. This program is conducted
in a group with no minimum and 30 maximum to provide assistance
for those ready to take personal accountability for their work and
personal lives.
WHO COACHING WORKS BEST FOR: :
 |
The individual with a gap in
where they are and where they want to be |
 |
The person who is naturally
willing to absorb, grow, make changes, and
take intelligent risks |
 |
The person who is ready to
do the above |
 |
The person who can work well
with a partner, like a coach |
 |
The person who is very willing
to make substantial changes |

2003: BUILDING THE PERSONAL FOUNDATION |
| We all have a personal foundation,
which is essentially the base that supports
us in all our endeavors. When our foundation
is weak we become more susceptible to the effects
of stress, to potential personality/conflict
issues, to attitude problems, and to burn-
out; whereas if our foundation is strong we
become more resilient, confidant, capable,
and better able to absorb changes to our daily
lives. This program is based on the concepts
taught through Coach University and will be
run by Allison Summers. |

| HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS: |
This group program can support
as few as two and as many as 16…
The program runs for 12 consecutive weeks:
1 ½ hours per week followed by a 30
minute period for individual questions or assistance.
Each week participants will learn a new concept,
which will be integrated with the previous
week, and “homeplay” is given to
further cement the learning over the next week.
Individuals are encouraged to share learning
and progress as they develop together at various
stages. In some cases they will be encouraged
to partner up through the 12 weeks to further
support and extend the learning process.
